“Battle of Z” (360/PS3/Vita) Japanese DLC Details
Published by 21 January 2014, 3:26 PM EST

We have known for quite some time about Super Saiyan Bardock and Super Vegetto coming as additional downloadable content for the upcoming Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Vita fighting game, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z, and we just recently learned who the actual stores will be that are dishing out the fighters to pre-order customers.

The official Japanese website for the game has updated to reveal that the two characters will be available for purchase at ¥300 a pop beginning 06 February 2014.

Personal feelings aside – particular on Super Vegetto himself – regarding pre-order bonuses and on-disc content, it is somewhat refreshing to see that these characters may in fact be available down the road to those who miss out on the pre-orer opportunities. We will check in with the North American branch of Namco-Bandai to see if any plans are set to make them available for purchase to those of us on the other side of the Pacific without a pre-order.

UPDATE: Namco-Bandai informs us that there are currently no plans to sell the two additional characters down the line in North America.

Thanks to Shinnin for the heads-up!
