This ability and magic is pretty underrated in the series.Piccolo could just used his clothes beam to create heavy clothes and make enemies slower or even make them unable to move.

In DBS manga Beerus said Whis is stronger than him.

Earth is 1300000 times smaller than the sun, by itself. So, even 10000 times an Earth buster wouldn't necessarily be enough to destroy the sun.
