Re: FAKE: Dragon Ball Sparking! Omega announced for PS3 and
Shame we aren't getting any good Dragonball Z games in the near future. Hopefully there will be a resurgence in anime games once the market isn't so saturated.

Re: Dragonball Z: Legendary Super Warriors Blog
Hah, I feel your pain. It takes ages to get Shockwave and Endurance.
Gonna be a bit busy at certain times, but I'm sure we can work something out regarding the interview.
If I made a site, it would probably be a wordpress one. I need it to be as low-maintenance as possible.

Re: Dragonball Z: Legendary Super Warriors Blog
Well, I can add hyperlinks to the side of the page so someone can click it and it'll link to that respective section.
I'll work on it over May.

Re: Dragonball Z: Legendary Super Warriors Blog
I definitely agree. LSW certainly won in terms of tactics, multiplayer action and versatility of the characters.
To have characters like #19 and Burter, optional missions, secret items and cards... it was a cut above the rest of the games.

Re: Why didn't they ever make Dragonball games for the N64?
Couple of reasons. Firstly they didn't really have a lot of third-party games (this was before the gamecube era) and secondly, voice files take up a lot of space. With N64 cartridges you're facing a size difference between 64mb and 650mb. It would mean a lot of compression (Then again, Lylat Wars / ...

If anyone wants to take part in the DBZ LSW interviews then let me know. At the moment I don't know how to record a Skype conversation but I'm open to ideas if anyone has some.

Hopefully the digital age will stop hardware failures like this from happening. I remember when a friend's copy of Mario Party 64 did that and wiped all the data. Sad times. I've added a short podcast to the blog for everyone to check out.

Re: Dragonball Z: Legendary Super Warriors Blog
It was a tough game. I remember playing it once before and having to use cheats because I found the game so hard. Now I can beat it. Still hate doing the first story playthru without any characters or cards. Second time around is more fun since you unlock all the bad guys.

Re: Dragonball Z: Legendary Super Warriors Blog
I'll check out the link soon. One other mistake I noticed was that Vegito was spelt incorrectly in some cases. Raditz was also accidently spelt Radditz in the EU version.

Re: Most idiotic moments in Dragonball
Characters in TV shows make these kind of mistakes all the time. On TV Tropes they are referred to as "Idiot Ball" moments, when a character does a really stupid thing, sometimes contradicting their otherwise intelligent demeanour. Things like the Vegeta/Semi-Perfect Cell situation were th...

I'll be happy to answer your questions. I wasn't aware of a guide, except the one at the RPG Shrine website. If you'd like to send me your guide then by all means do so. It would be a pleasure to read more about this game that me and my friends enjoy. The explanation of tiers comes from personal exp...
