Question about film grain

What is grain on a film print like Dragon Ball Z? Can someone please explain it to me?

I'd say it isn't because of the soul fact of the technique. I mean it's not like you develop the move but decide to use it probably several month maybe years later.

As I recall, the Japanese Mono audio track for that particular movie was very quiet and tinny-sounding. It was much worse than on the original single release, even though the video quality was so much better.
Oh ok I get thanks.

Hmmm... I'd forgotten about that. It depends. Greatly-improved audio quality WOULD be one of those "worth it" aspects.

So unless Funi decides to make the Dragon Box Movies better and have more stuff than the steel books get the Box. But if they don't keep the steel books? That's what I'd do, yeah. Minor video improvements aren't worth re-buying them all for me. There'd have to be something MUCH better along with it...

The Double-Feature movies aren't quite up to par with the DragonBoxes. They look very clean and great in motion, but there's some minor saturation issues. But they're still more than good enough that I wouldn't see the need to re-buy them unless a future movies FUNiBox has something REALLY big and ...

It's basically what you said. The Super Saiyan power-up outstripped it. I mean, Goku's highest Kaio-Ken level drained away his Chi a ton--and he could maintain a more powerful power-up for a longer period of time, without resorting to using it in bursts like the Kaio-Ken. Simply put: The enemies go...

In my opinion I think that the double feature Blu-rays look the same if not better then the Dragonboxs. The only real difference would probably be that the Dragonboxs have less film damage, thanks to their more elaborate restoration process. Otherwise both are great choices and are leaps and bounds...

I know Super Saiyajin over shadowed it but I really like the technique. Can someone give me a better explanation?

Dragon Ball Z Remastered Movies vs Dragon Box The Movies

I have the Steel Books and plan on getting the movies when they eventually come out if they do. So can any one tell me the color differences I mean I know the movies are in 16:9 but can someone give me a quality comparison?

Actually you prove a good point. In my opinion yes because Funimation has gained license to the Dragon Box Z there is no reason for them to not release a Dragon Ball Dragon Box. That is exactly why I'm going to hold out on the remaster box sets of DB.
