In all international editions of the 2013 film Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, both the insert and ending songs were replaced by English versions performed by the same band. This version differs from a previous English version performed by Hironobu Kageyama; it is also not an exact translation of the original Japanese lyrics due to the constraints of making the lyrics fit the meter, although it is slightly less “free” (and at times, slightly less translated) than Kageyama’s version.
