The two eventually meet again as participants in the 23rd Tenka’ichi Budōkai, get married, and have two sons.

Her name is a pun on the word “milk”, and being Gyūmaō’s daughter (the name Gyūmaō being rooted in “Cow”), it makes perfect sense. However, aside from the intended pun, there is also another pun present within the name. The term “chichi” when written in katakana, as her name is, can be used as a childish word for breasts (along the line of “boobies”). Kame-Sen’nin takes full advantage of the “breast” pun by often asking how Chi-Chi’s chichis are.

It is assumed that the man that appears in both of these scenes is one and the same, although it is never officially stated. This is based on their uncanny resemblance, the episode credit for each appearance, and the fact that both are voiced by Daisuke Gōri.
Namu D7
