It's very creative, but I think there's still the problem that, according to Goku, he'd annihilate Buu easily if not toying with him and unable to sustain SSJ3 form. So you'd need something like:
-------------------------
"All-Out" SSJ3 Goku
Kid Buu
"Final Battle" SSJ3 Goku
-------------------------
Perhaps having Buu in another trademark pose (sleeping; no aura) above Goku and SSJ3 Goku, with a very intense face, charging up with his ki going above Buu?
That being said, I'm realizing something: at least in the manga canon, Goku isn't even
shown to be able to reach that kind of power while in a living body with certainty. He acts like the power of obliterating Buu is within his grasp, yet it's never properly explained if he had it - and, thus, was unable to reach it due to battle fatigue - or was just a miscalculation on his part - in that case, he'd be below Kid Buu by default.
Moreover, if we want to take into the account the whole idea that Goku, while dead, is factually capable of reaching his hypothetical 100%, to be accurate you'd have to separate dead SSJ3 Goku and living SSJ3 Goku. Maybe having Goku and Buu clashing at the same lavel, with a ghost Goku (with a halo) hanging above them with an extra worried look on his face? But would it get the point across to the reader?
Gah. What a headache. Still, I think that to avoid unnecessary criticism, the issue of 100% SSJ3 Goku > Kid Buu > Kai Planet's SSJ3 Goku needs to be addressed somehow.
P.S. Yeah, I know this is more of a power-related issue maybe, but I suppose it may influence the posing.
