Arc Synopsis

After learning the secret of the Nyoi-Bō from Karin, Goku heads to God’s Palace to receive special training. There he learns the truth about the connection between God and Piccolo Daimaō, and that Piccolo is still alive. Goku vows to train as hard as he can to become strong enough to defeat Piccolo once and for all. After having God revive Shenlong, Goku begins his training. In the meantime, everyone learns of Goku’s special training and so they begin training as well. But as Goku and co. train for the 23rd Tenka’ichi Budōkai, Piccolo begins to train as well…
