Red Ribbon Army

“The Red Ribbon Army possesses a completely pyramidal organization structure — at the top is Commander Red, beneath him Assistant Black, and this continues on with the generals. Fundamentally orders from one’s superior are absolute, but each person conducts themselves according to their respective ambitions. Doctor Gero, who created Cell, was their attached scientist.” — Daizenshuu 4, p.68
